Solving Problems
If you connect your camera via USB or through wired or wireless LAN to your Mac but Sofortbild does not detect the camera, make sure that the camera is set to PTP mode and the camera is one of the supported models.
If the display on your camera body shows "PC" after Sofortbild or Mac OS X did crash, switch off the camera. When you switch on the camera again it will work as usual.
